Delivery Policy

We offer the same-day flower delivery to recipients across Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs on orders placed before 1 pm. Customers are asked to place the order before 10 am for Saturday deliveries.

Note: Orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered on the following day.

Delivery Charges
 With a network of florists in Australia, Studfield florist manages to deliver across seas with freshly sourced blossoms. Our delivery charges are listed on the website for each suburb. Our delivery charges for overseas orders will be subject to confirmation at the time of the order placed. You can check the delivery fee displayed on the website before the checkout.

Orders
 Once you place an order, we process your request and your order will be shipped for you via our contractor couriers. If the person is unavailable to accept the delivery, our delivery person will leave the goods at the door or secure it in a safe area. If the situation is unfavorable with external factors such as weather, locked gate, or robbery, our courier person will contact the recipient to proceed further. If the recipient is unable to reach, the order will be carried back to the shop and arranged for a second delivery with an extra charge.

Pricing and Payment

Studfield Florist reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time.

  • All our prices are quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD)
  • Charges additionally handling and service fee will apply to some orders. If an order has to be re-delivered due to the unavailability of the recipient or wrong address delivery; additional charges will be incurred.

GST
 All our product prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST. The total price is shown before check out is inclusive of GST. Our prices will be mentioned with total GST on the invoice.

Cancellation of orders
We will give our utmost support to assist you with any complaints or cancellations you make. If you want to cancel an order, you are requested to call and confirm us a day before the scheduled delivery date. $20 of administration fee will be incurred. The remaining will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or PayPal’s account. We will transfer the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.

We take credit card payment seriously. If a customer has made their payment via credit card, we ensure your refund will be processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days of receipt of your refund request. After that, the bank will transfer the credit to your credit card account within its time frame.

Refund Policy
 Studfield Florist is proud to offer our customers quality products. We are committed to providing fresh products throughout Australia. However, on occasions, if our customers are dissatisfied with the quality, we encourage them to either send it back to us or send us a photo by email to:
After receiving the product, our florists will review the product quality within 24 hours and will supply our fresh replacement by the following day.

Substitution Policy
 Due to flowers’ seasonal availability, our florists may have to substitute flowers or containers with products of similar grade and quality. All our substitutes are of equal or higher value. We invest our extra effort to match the size, shape and even the colour scheme of your order with a relevant substitution. Each flower arrangement is designed by our professional florist. We will take extreme care to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested item.
